Can I cancel my order?
We allow cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the event date at no charge. Any cancellations within the 48-hour prior will forfeit deposit. This fee, if not already, is charged to the card on file. Additionally, should you need to cancel for any reason including weather within that 48-hour window we can reschedule your rentals for a future date. Deposit will be good for up to 1 year for rescheduling/ Future bookings
