What if we need to cancel?
Most rental companies do not provide refunds, we do. If you cancel more than 3 days before your event, you will receive a full refund of whatever you already paid. If you cancel with less than 3 days' notice, the payment(s) you made become a store credit that you can use within 90 days or gift to a friend or family member to use within that 90 days.
